PGS – Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Privacy Guardian Suite offer provided by WOM Technology Management Group, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Offer Eligibility:

   • This offer is open to medical office managers and healthcare professionals interested in enhancing their cybersecurity and HIPAA compliance.
   • Participants must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to make decisions on behalf of their medical practice.
   •  

2. Offer Details:

   • The Privacy Guardian Suite includes a comprehensive package of cybersecurity and compliance services as outlined on the landing page. The package’s value is $45,000. Participants will have access to the Suite at a special price of $9,997.
   •  

3. Payment and Billing:

   • The $9,997 fee is payable upon registration for the Privacy Guardian Suite. Payment can be made through the designated payment gateway provided on the registration page. Additional costs associated with external services, tools, or resources required for the Suite are not included in the $9,997 fee.
   •  

4. Refund Policy:

   • The $9,997 fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed. Participants who proceed with the Privacy Guardian Suite but are dissatisfied with the services offered can request a refund within the first 90 days after the initial payment. Refund requests should be made in writing to WOM Technology Management group by emailing the dedicated coach assigned to participant at signup.

5. Limitation of Liability:

   • WOM Technology Management Group and its affiliates are not responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use the services provided in the Privacy Guardian Suite.
   •  

6. Privacy and Data Usage:

   • Participant information collected during registration and engagement in the Suite will be used solely for communication and service delivery purposes. WOM Technology Management Group will not share participant information with third parties unless required by law or explicitly consented to by the participant.
   •  

7. Intellectual Property:

   • All content, materials, and resources provided as part of the Privacy Guardian Suite are the intellectual property of WOM Technology Management Group and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for their personal and professional development.
   •  

8. Modification of Services:

   • WOM Technology Management Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Privacy Guardian Suite at any time without prior notice.
   •  

9. Governing Law:

   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Martin County, Florida.
