There are varying state requirements for how long health related records need to be maintained for clients/patients who are minors. Cloud Shield complies with all state requirements by reataining data indefinitlely (forever). How cool is that?!

Cloud Shield backs up all of your Email, individual and shared drive data on your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environment. 

Sending an encrypted email is as simple as sending an email as you normally would and adding [encrypt] (with the brackets in the email subject. Our team will work with you on your specific needs for automated encryption to catch sensitive emails when your employees forget to encrypt. 

While Cloud Shield itself does not include training, it can be added to your Cloud Shield services upon request and integrated directly into your Microsoft 365 environment.
