Derreck at Word of Mouth is a genius! I was having anxiety attacks because I could not play my Pokerstars or browse the web!I Called up and Word of Mouth and they were able to identify the problem right away using Remote Access. I was up and running in a minute! I highly recommend WOM, they are friendly, courteous and brilliant....I thank-you and my husband really thanks you!!!

Just like the name, I heard of Derreck through friends and called for a quote for a new TV/DVD system and ended up finding the best computer tech I have ever met.Not only is he knowledgeable, but personable, quick and confident of what he is doing. I called WOM a few weeks ago when I was having major network and computer issues. They came right to my home and helped me network my entire house including my security systems, entertainment system, my computer and iPad. I can send documents to print at my home office from my iPhone and iPad now-no matter where I am. They were here for two hours! I am so amazed at the great job that WOM did fixing my computer. My laptop and desktop have been getting slower and slower and I thought my laptop was completely gone but these guys were able to fix them at a very low price. Both my computers are working better than new. They even downloaded extra programs to protect my computers at no charge that other companies (Geeks) charge you for. I work for the Education Foundation of Martin County and because we are a small charitable organization we have an extremely limited budget. We are grateful to have WOM around to take care of our computer, network and technical needs. If I call them in the morning they are usually at our office within a few hours.
